Like you, we love our pets dearly, and leaving them at home while we’re traveling or working always tugs at our heartstrings. Our mission is to provide you with the peace of mind that, while you’re gone, your pets are in capable, compassionate hands; and that your pets will have true companions until your return.

Unlike boarding your pets in a kennel, where they’re likely to spend most of the day in a cage, Forest Park Pet Sitters will enable your pet to stay at home where they’re most comfortable, and still receive the care and attention they need. Things feel familiar at home, and undoubtedly, your pets will be happiest there!

We are committed to following all instructions you provide, always deferring to what you think is best for your furry friends. As professional pet sitters, we also hope to serve as a resource for you to make suggestions or answer questions about pet care.

We will do everything possible to make sure that your pets can keep their usual routines; after all, our pets develop habits and routines just like we do! Most importantly, our time spent with your pets will far exceed putting out food and water, and making sure they “do their business.” Each time we visit, whether it’s for a Friendly Visit or for Just-A-Walk, we will spend quality time interacting with your pet, giving them lots of love and attention, and making sure they are healthy and safe. While we’re certainly no replacement for you, their very best friend, we hope to keep your pets company and make them happy until, finally, it’s you that greets them at the door!

For as long as we can remember, we have both enjoyed the love, companionship, and sense of responsibility that goes along with having beloved pets. Nowadays, we have 2 cats: Domino and Lulu. We adopted them when they each needed a loving home, and we feel so lucky to have them in our lives (despite the trouble in which they occasionally find themselves, or we find them!).

We have experience caring for many different kinds of cats and dogs, and even those with special needs. We are comfortable with all animals, from kittens to large dogs; from shy cats to excited, tail-wagging pups. Besides cats and dogs, we’re also happy to care for fish, small cage pets (rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, Guinea pigs, ferrets, etc.), cage birds, barnyard birds, and more!

The love for our beloved pets, past and present, is the inspiration for Forest Park Pet Sitters. We look forward to expanding our circle of pet friends to include yours!
